Seasonal Affective Disorder and Anxiety? |
Is anxiety a common symptom to feel when one suffers from SAD? I dont have wild anxiety attacks, but, i often feel uneasy durring the latter months of the winter. I just want to know if some of you SAD sufferers feel any type of anxiety, due to our disorder. Yes, anxiety is definitely a common problem from what my doctor has said, in like the winter months esp. Anxiety can be one of my biggest problems related to SAD, it however comes and goes and hits in phases (like weather changes for the worse). with depression, always comes anxiety,, are you on anti depression pills? and if your not you need to see your doctor and tell him about the anxiety to, i do. anxiety is a big deal too |
