i suffer the SAD = Seasonla Affective Disorder since i was a kid, and it makes me frustrated, depirissed and lazy.. a tanning bed for several minutes a day will resolve the problem. SAD is caused by the shortening of the day, therefore exposure to more light will relieve the symptoms. Take extra Vitamin D. Move to FLORIDA, the Sunshine State! or California! You may need a antidepressant around this time of year. Also tanning beds work well. I also struggle with this. Be happy we do not live in alaska when it gets dark for 30 days.
