"Seasonal Affective Disorder" (SAD) is attributed to which seasonal change?

short periods of light in winter.

winter

Genrally speaking, winter due to the lack of light (among other things)

From summer to winter. Like in Alaska where it is dark in winter. The people get depressed and sad because of constant or long days of little or no sunshine.

It would depend on what seasons you like and dislike. If you like the summer weather, then you would get depressed at winter time. But if you love the winter, you would get sad in the summer.

It goes along with winter, I believe it is also called Cabin Fever. You have to stayin the house too much due to cold and snow!

From summer to winter. The fact of shorter days, dark in morning and not being able to enjoy the outdoors as much.

I actually experienced a change in my mood that coincided with a change in the weather when I moved to New England from south Texas about a year ago. For me, it started around the end of summer when it started raining for weeks on end. I believe that the lack of vitamin D, which comes naturally from UV rays if I remember correctly, can cause some people to become depressed. I've since moved to a sunnier place, but I thought it was really interesting how important sunlight can be for the well-being of some people.

It can be any season I think. Mine begins in August and ends in May. The problem is that usually with SAD comes Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, and other diseases/syndromes.
Keep a diary of things you eat, the months that you begin and stop the symptoms. There are many things that can trigger symptom.
A support group is the greatest help you can get. You must find one that is NOT negative. Many chronic pain support groups help find resources to help you gain information on your disease. It is great to find others who have the same symptoms as you. It just does not seem that "healthy" individuals understand chronic pain of any kind. Good luck and God Bless YOU.
