Seasonal Affective Disorder- vertigo?

For a while now, sometimes I've been feeling kind of dizzy. More like slow. Not normal. I can't concentrate on anything and I feel kind of sick. At first, I thought maybe it was something I've eaten, but now I realize it only happens after a warm front. It gets really warm, I get out of the house, run around, be active, and then at around 5:30-6:00 I feel sick. Is this normal?

you're probably not drinking enough water. that sometimes happens to me, but that's bacoz im low in iron. maybe o see the doc?
