SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) sufferers, what is your cycle of depression like?

I live in Missouri we have very changeable weather.Mine starts in Oct.and usually last till April. But the worst over the Holidays Nov.till Jan. Maybe I really have Holiday Affective Disorder. Even though i can go any where and do any thing any day its still hard to leave and go out of course it doesn't help that I don't know anyone here. I am from the big city and now live in a really small town it doesn't help much being alone most of the time.
