Do seasonal affective disorder lamps really work?

For me they do work. I get really depressed, and experience SAD every year. I purchased one of these lamps last winter, and I found that my depression was a lot better. Hope that helps

Not in my experience, but I didn't really apply myself wholeheartedly.

Yes they do... You just have to make sure to use the lamp as directed by your doctor... (that seems weird saying it that way but whatever...)
