For people with Seasonal Affective Disorder.....do these work? Are they worth the money?

Yep, they work, I paid about $150 for mine.

Yes they work. I do not use one as I am on medication for normal depression but being a nurse I know that these work and they are recommended for nursing homes too as those people don't get out much in the sun.

There are books on SAD in the library otherwise see a doctor.
