What is Seasonal affective disorder?


Please explain in simple english plz...

SAD (Or Seasonal Affective Disorder) is caused by the environment in winter months, when there is a lack of sun, hence lack of vitamin D in your body. It is what is normally called "the winter blues".
A sun lamp can easy the problem as well as exercise and trying to get as much sun as possible.
