This time of the year can heighten depression. In North America it is getting darker earlier. The trees are going to be losing their leaves. This is also the time of year when other people are st... It was at it's worst when I was preganant and depressed from hormone changes. Throw in rain, rain and more rain. Dark and gloomy days and the year we had absolutly... You are missing the season changes. You aren't use to not having them. It could be throwing your biological (seasonal) clock off. You most likely are homesick to some degree. Seasonal Affec... Well, as a person with SAD, I can tell you that my tolarance for the general public is lowered. I am tired, grumpy, and very indifferent to others.....The fact that I work in the public does not he... You may want to try going to the tanners. Just put sun-screen on and don't go in for too long. But I have heard that it works! And when it is sunny outside (even if its cold), bundle up and... I also have SAD. And yes the older youget the more it seems to affect you.
