I have been feeling so miserable now it cold and wet outside! Invest in a light box. buy a light box..use for half hour each day...it realllllly helps They sell UV lamps that are allegedly supposed to help if you turn on for an hour a day. You trick your mind into thinking that you are surrounded by sun and warmth. Some people use lights for the face. They can be bough over the net. There are also some herbal remedies but I don't put too much stock in them. I suggest plenty of water and exercise. I think I get that too. Whenever it is cold outside and raining I feel miserable. There are lights that you can buy from the Argos I have heard they help - like lamp things. I like snuggling up on the sofa with a blanked and some comfort food and stick a good film on. Excercise helps depression too so you could wrap up warm and go out for a brisk walk. turn on bright lights in the house. is everything have to be a disorder....suck it up our grandparents survived. S.A.D is a real disorder that many many people get in the winter and you need to take it very seriously.
