Anybody suffer from the opposite of Seasonal Affective Disorder? |
If there is such a thing. I love dark dreary days and the shorter days do not bother me. In fact, the sun and glare and brightness sometimes seems to set off anxiety and panic. I can drive better in the dark, it is more calmimg to me.Any studies on that? Anxiety is a different type of mental illness. If you are having these symptoms, it is a good idea to see why brightness triggers anxiety and panic. Good luck.
