I found out i have it and need a brace. Is it bulky and will i be made fun of at school?? also what should i wear so it wont show underneath my clothes. Thank you for helping me out. This is such a bummer!!!! um a hoodie or something loose but not see thru i have scoliosis too and usually i wear a small brace that can easily be covered up but sweatshirts or anything kind of baggy/bulky honestly you probably will but dont worry cuz their losers anyways. did you ask the doctors if you could just wear a night brace its a little bulky but it can be hidden under ur clothes My son has scoliosis, he found that the brace is bulky and uncomfortable, the worst was he was very young when he wore it and he was made fun of it .He is a big guy now .He made it trough the worst and so will you.I am betting on you |

yes, i have scoliosis, it makes no difference once you are done growing, really trust me you may have had it all your life and just not known it ...It is very important to have the doctor check you out to be sure that the curve is not getting worse.
