In refering to MS, can the terms scleroderma and sclerosis be used interchangebly?

No these terms relate to two different conditions.
Scleroderma is a progressive chronic disease that is characterised by local or widespread thickening and hardening of the skin.

Sclerosis is a condition in which organs tissues or blood vessels become thick and hard as a result of inflamation or excessive abnormal growth of fibrous tissue. Sclerosis also causes degeneration of the myelin nerve sheath and causes fatty plaques to be deposited throughout the body.
