Sciatica?!? |
First of all, I have had no prior accidents or injuries. Sounds like Sciatica. I ended up in the emergency room with mine. Go and they'll give you something that will really kill the pain. Don't suffer, especially if you can't walk. I needed help in moving. Yes that is about normal! You have to take the Ibuprofen every 4 hours for it to get in your system. But it only helps for inflammation and swelling. Alternate heat and cold and lay on your back with your feet elevated. Also ask your doctor about Pain Killers! Hope this helps somehow!! What you are describing sounds most definitely like a pinched nerve. Ouch!!!! I would use some ice to dull the pain. Every 15 min. I would try a consultation with a chiropractor also. Good luck. |
