What excercises are good for a person suffering from sciatica? Is yoga any good? I have never done yoga but I am sure it can help some people with sciatica. I usually do simple leg stretches and walk as much as I possibly can. Even though my leg hurts, walking is very good for it. Avoid hills and stairs though, which can make it hurt worse. Any Stretching exercises are good for Sciatica.
