Sciatica releif?

I am on Xanax for anxiety, and I was wondering if it would help my Sciatica at all?? I am desperate in pain tonight... and have no more Anaprox. Any suggestions?? Nothing OTC aleviates my pain...

skip the meds. try yoga, swimming, massage, and chiropractic. walking will help the pain, too.

sit on the outer edge of the cheek that the pain is above and push inward and upward, and don't bend over for any reason

try to take a hot bath. If you have a heating pad, try sitting on that for awhile. That was the only thing that helped mine! Good luck!
