| *Home>>>Sciatica |
I had sciatica a few years ago it lasted 16mths but now in my left foot just above the big toe i get a sort of |
throbbing / Twitching feeling & hurts a bit. Could it be that the nerve is trapped as i have it in my left foot & had the sciatica was in my left leg. My foot has a reddish rash in the place where i get the throbbing. What could it be ? I have the same problem, it is more than likely gout and belive me if you don't take care of it it gets worse each time ithappens. Last time i got it was October and I couldn't walk for 3 weeks. The best thing I can suggest is getting a blood test at the doctors they will determine how bad the gout is but other than that reduce your alcohol intake increase your water intake and eat a wole lot of cherries (yes cheries they contain an acid that counteracts the crystalising of the blood which causes gout), I eat hundreds of them and since my last bout not even a twinge. Could be Gout. It could be anything. Trapped nerve to shoes being too tight, foot swelling up. Best see the Doc and get it sorted. Good Luck |
