I had sciatica & lower back pain for 18months, it is better now, however when i lay on my side where i had the |
sciatica i can still feel some discomfort with the nerve also my foot feels numb & so do my toes, i get my partner to massage my lower back which eases the feeling in my foot & toes. could it be that the nerve is trapped? I have had the same problems as you, and I needed to have 18 sessions of physiotherapy, which solved all the problems I had. I think you still have something going on there somewhere, and I would suggest that you try and get some physiotherapy. I would not be where I am today without it thats for sure. Thank you. my mum has sciatica and she read an artical of how people are using wd40, this is for cars although after reading my mum tried it. after a bath just spray some on, its worked for my mum and she is virtually pain free. |
