Help with Sciatica??

i have really bad sciatica and have been signed off work for 2 weeks? is there anything i can do, i feel like im going to put on loadsa weight as i go to the gym every day usually!are there any exercises i can do and anything i can do the pain?

I take a yoga class that works with sciatica. You might find that yoga may help you. It's worth a try.

Check out this website for Sacro Wedgy. I bought one a year or so ago and it helped a lot. It's easy to use, too.
