What is school health and their function?

I think you mean, health class, like the class they make you take in high school. But you could be talking about campus nurses and health facilities. You should be more specific and give more details in your questions.

If you're talking about healthy class, it's to educate youth about the BASICS of health, such as diet, exercise, first aid, drugs, and CPR.

If you're talking about campus health facilities, it's to provide care for minor and moderate health issues that happen to students (and I guess faculty) while at school, things like Tylenol for headaches, treatment for cuts and scrapes, etc.
