What are the best hollistic health schools in the U.S.? |
i want to get my B.A in hollistic health or somehting related and i have been doing a lot of research online but it always brings up the same schools and they are not what I am looking for. any ideas... I'm currently studying under Clayton College of Natural Health (birmingham, Ala). I wish I would have done my research but they were always advertising so I just went with them. My motivation has dwindled and the staff has not done much to increase it. No phone calls just my letters to pay up the rest of the tutution. So do your homework. Not only in this forum but other stuff on line. Check out some of the doctors in your city or surroundings. I wish I could suggest one, but in good conscience, I cannot. Hollistic medicine doesn't seem that scientific or therapeutic to me. I know many Asians are into it but seriously, people will make a mockery out of you. I'm not saying that none of it works. I am just too informed about traditional medicine I guess and have been raised around it too long to support this career move for you. Please reconsider. Join our side! First thing first,I don't know what is hollistic health,if you mean healing with energy and herbal is include,we do for many year but in indonesia,not US. If you want to do like we do, may be I can help you be a healer. We are not kind of reiki, pranic,chikung or anything that people know. But we do help many people with many symptom,from distance too. And please,it's not for money. Just helping people. |

Because kids are not learning basic stuff they need to protect themselves. I just took a class with a recent high school graduate who was near the top of her class. She didn't know what HPV ... I commend you on taking the time to educate yourself about your health, and paying attention in health class. I really do.
