Wii sports tennis health question?

I'm doing a school project for my health class and now i'm researching wii sports tennis because i chose that as my "physical activity"

here are the questions i have to answer:

1. Who was the first person to do your activity?
2. where did this activity come from? what city, country?
3. when did this activity first get started.
4. is this a vigorous activity? why or why not?
5. Is it more cardio or muscle oriented? both?

6. What are the main muscles exercised during this activity? Use proper name of the muscles

1. A nintendo programmer / tester
2. Nintendo headquarters , japan , probably tokyo
3. When the Nintendo Wii console was first brought out
4. to some extent , it involves continious movement
5. both but more cardio.
6. triceps (underside of upper arm) , biceps ( top side of upper arm ) , deltoid ( all the muscle surrounding the shoulder joint ) , glutes ( front of the thighs ) , hamstrings ( back of the thighs and runs down to back of the kness ) , calves ( back of the shins )

I recommend going straight to the source for the answers to questions #1, #2, and #3...the makers of the game: Nintendo
You can send them a web based e-mail here:

Questions #4, #5, and #6 can be answered in a variety of ways...for starters, you could try:

Ask your parent(s) to Google for local online newspaper articles about the Wii. There you should find a number of recent articles covering the popularity and use by a wide range of ages/groups and the purpose/results of such use.

A family doctor could be another potential source of information. Ask if you can send him or her an e-mail detailing your questions.

You could also poll Yahoo Answer users on their personal experience with Wii Sports Tennis.

Hopefully, you have access to Wii Sports Tennis to examine the game first hand. Such would provide you with the ability to compare your experience with that of other players.

Good Luck and Good Work!
