Schizophrenia??? |
On going problem since I was little, except now this past week they've gotten worse. Everyday now I have random hallucinations, audible and visual. Which doesn't scare me I just wonder why I see a figure walking then disappear when I get a full perception of what it is. Not only that, Whenever I walk somewhere I am always faced paced. Mainly for the fact, sometime at night when I walk through a dark hall I feel as if somethings chasing me, and stalking me. I also feel I've slightly altered myself into a slight form of depression, not the whole ugghh emo cut cut ****. Just I have felt no motivation whatsoever to finish my application for community college and to get a job, Loz I know what you mean. I've become sleep deprived and, just haven't been going to sleep regardless of how tired I am. you seem to have a lot going on in your head. Its time to find a professional to talk to , so you can get some guidance & help. Hallucinations are never normal. Please take steps to deal with your problems. you can do this.. yeah i have to go to a "shrink for my anxiety but mines not to bad Allopathic medicines are one of the worst forms for any mental or neuro health. i think the hallucinations may be due yo your lack of sleep, as you don't seem to have mentioned any of the other main symptoms of schizophrenia. But go to your doctor about it and they can help decide if it is due to lack of sleep or something mental. I don't think you are suffering from schizophrenia. I looked at your questions in your profile back to 10 months ago and there was no mention of any problems but one (Mental Disorder?) which again didn't sound like hallucinatory schizophrenia. In my experience when you suffer from schizophrenic hallucinations that is all you can think about from dawn to dark and day after day as they are debilitating violent and unwanted. They make it impossible to function normally. But I could be wrong. Lack of sleep can - at some point - cause hallucinations. To me, what you are describing doesn't sound like schizophrenia ... one of the most severe mental illnesses that exists. I am not a mental health professional, so a psychiatric evaluation might be a good idea. You might want to consider seeing a neurologist. There are other things that can cause hallucinations. It could be the start of developing schizophrenia. Many people with schizophrenia have negative symptoms which includes depression and lack of motivation. |
