Scars.....?!?!?

Does anyone know any tips for getting rid of pimple scars?? i have them on my chin not even makeup covers them up. its just like a big brown spot!. and also, how do u get rid of blackheads and open pores..ive seen that honey masks are good but wont that make me break out more..i have oily skin..any advice??? -Thanks!
