I Have scars on my face for quite a while now.....?Can I ger rid of them?

I'm a male and i'm 16 years old
I have some scars on my face...they've been there for a while now ....the wounds are healed....and I haven't tried to remove them...i've had these scars for like about 8/9 years....now and these scars are lighter than my skin colour...

I have a kind of browinsh skin colour....

I was wondering if I could get rid of these scars??

Anyone could help me with suggestions/treaments I could use to erase the scars...

clean face with witch hazel
follow with a regimen of aloe vera gel, pref @ night but in the a.m. if you're cool with it.

Try coconut oil and or coco butter

I have a scar on my face so i use Mederma.. its working pretty good. I dont know any others though but theres alot of scar remover cream things.

um try using scar type of cream or go to your doctors and they can talk to you about what u can do..

Hey, I have really bad scars on my arms and shoulders from a staph outbreak a long time ago. I heard about thermage. It's a new process that is supposed to erase scars and tighten skin? It's kinda expensive, but I'm saving up for it. I also have a few chicken pox scars on my face from when I was little. Google it and see if there's any places near you that do it. It's kinda a plastic surgery thing, so they should give you a free consultation. let me know if it works!

go to a beauty shop like 'sallys beauty store' and you can get some skin lighting cream that can be aplied to freckles, scars, ext.... also you can get some scar cream that gets rid of scars... you might be able to get that skin lightening stuff at walmart or target.

You could try Co-Co butter

Yes, there is a product called "Maderma" and it is to diminish the appearance of scars. Also, apply "Vitamin E Oil" to the scars.

My mother had scars from knee surgery & this worked for her. Just remember to use it a couple times a day.

some mederma scare cream but it sounds like their for good.i don't know if your self-conscious but maybe some coca butter could do the trick

If you had done something about them before , they would have gone away. 8/9 years is a long time to address this problem, but if there is any consolation try a lightening cream on your skin (exclude the marks) and bring it in line with the light color of the marks. Hope this works
