SCARs FOR LIFE?

Help i recently got into a car crash that left me alive with two very big scars that covers one of my bottom half of one of my legs and my entire belly..i use to be a stripper but the scars has put an abrupt hault to that fantasy my relatioship of 3yrs came to an end because of him not being able to stand to look at them even though he kissed them often or maybe its me that losed the confidence i once had in myself how do i get past these scars how do i move on into another relationship with this on my once could live with body ...im thinkin maybe a tattoo i dont know and man how do i miss srtiping...im looking for answers plz help

I can't address the stripper portion of your question, but on a personal basis you should do as the combat veteran does. You did nothing wrong, so wear your scars with pride. They are a part of your life experience and should not cause you shame.

Scars will never go away as you probably know, but they sometimes can be made less obvious with plastic surgery. There are also very good waterproof cosmetics for scars. I don't think a tattoo is the answer because you will be calling even more attention to them. I'm sure it is very hard to deal with the scars especially if you made your living by showing your body. You could try talking to the doctor who originally did the surgery about what you can do about them or even talking to someone about how you feel. I truly wish you the best of luck.
