Sick of seeing scars and knowing it's your fault?

Hi,
When I was small I would continuously keep picking at my scabs on my legs. My family would tell me to stop but I couldn't! About 8 years have past and I still see the scars from picking my scabs from when I was small. I still have the habit to pick at my scabs now!! I always complain how ugly my legs look and I feel less confident wearing anything that shows my legs. I have searched on the internet to find any type of medicine that can get rid of (picking scabs) scars but all it comes up with is how to remove other types of scars. Please does anyone know any type of cream or medicine to remove these scars? Can medicine get rid of scars that have been on my skins for a long time?

Vitamin E Oil may do the trick.

try Palmers Cocao & shea butter.. it actually works lol. i used to do the same as you. my sister told me to get it and they faded away after like 3 weeks or so. .. i learned not to pick at them lol .. but yea try it its not expensive at all. tell me how it goes

yea or vitamin E oil ! forgot about that tried it too .. see which one works better.. both the same vitamin e treats your skin better but yea i just wanted to get rid of em !
