Getting rid of scars?

I know I just asked a question an hour ago about my scars from eczema, but I think I got into my eczema problem too much. I'm just wondering how to reduce dark scars. And being hispanic is a factor of having dark spot scars (reading from American Academy of Dermatology.com). These kind of scars, or dark spots, just come from any minor thing, like a mosquito bite, or minor scrape, and in my case, bumps from ezcema. And they actually say studies have proven vitamin e is ineffective and actually may worsen scar's appearance. Anyway, the site doesn't give me any answer on what is effective. Any suggestions?

A doctor can remove most of them. Say they hurt if you want an insurance company to pay the bill.

get concealer to cover it up!!

I am hispanic too and fortunately I don't scar too badly or develop keloids. When I had sugery on my arm, the dr gave me a tape that was clear with Cortisone on it. I put it on the scar and it actually "bleached" the skin and reduced the dark color. The scar now just looks like a straight white line on my forearm. There are prescriptions you can get to reduce scarring. Ask your doctor.

Vitamin e is the best natural healer of skin cells. That is what aloe is made from. otherwise you can use modern technology and us a NDyag laser and it will coteries the fist couple layers of tissue and eliminate the scar.

Try scrubs and vaseline.
