Scars go away?

is there some kind of cream or something that will help scars go away? i have some scars that are from something scratching me and some that were i had a scab and it fell off and now i have mark where it was. also i have this big scar on my leg from where wood cut my leg and it looks bad when i wear shorts. so is there anything i can do? because they are really annoying me.

I use scarzone- it has helped a little bit but it hasn't completely gotten ride of the scars. They have faded. Time will fade the scars to nearly nothing though. Believe me I had a scat scratch that is practically GONE. It took years for it to go away however.
