Scars and Accutane?

Ok, I am currently on accutane (I've been on for almost a month), and I'm slowly seeing results. I am aware that I am forbidden to use any other products on my face because it won't work well with the accutane, but I was wondering if I could kill two birds with one stone. I'm aware not to use any clearasil or anything, but I want to get rid of my scars. Could I possibly use some kind of vitamin E lotion of any kind designed for scars on my face? After all, that is more natural than using retin-a or clearasil. If not, is there ANYTHING I can do while I'm on accutane to get rid of my scarring??
