Pimple scars?

Im a 14 year old male. How do some people have pimple scars that look like holes in their face?

I use Neutrogena and wash my face regularly, but pimples used to keep appearing on my forehead earlier this year but now the problem is not so bad.
Now there are brown marks left by the pimples.

Will all the brown marks fade away once I reach my 20s?

My 2nd question is, am I likely to get the scars, even though I dont squeeze my pimples? My father has these pimple scars so will I get them as well?

Its important to wash your face daily but maybe you are still breaking out because your body finds something irritant in the face cream. I had that same problem and those " scars" can disappear and will. Vitamin E oil does wonders for scars.
