Blemishes Scars And Triple Antibiotic Ointment?

Does putting Triple Antibiotic Ointment on your blemishes scars (not really scars yet) prevent them from scarring?

I'm not sure if that works but I use Vitamin E on scars and it really helps

It depends on the stage of healing. Is there any opening in the skin or scabbing? If not and if the skin is healed completely closed, the antibiotic in the triple antibiotic ointment will not absorb into your skin.

The petroleum jelly base will certainly moisturize your skin and keep it supple so that it doesn't scar too badly.

If, however, there is still a healing process to take place, then the ointment will help. However, if you are prone to any sort of acne, because it is petroleum jelly (Vaseline) based, it may cause a pimple.

Try this below. It works great for skin blemishes (and not, I don't work for them, I've just used it). You can find it in any store.
