Could I have scabies or something else?

My friend stayed over a couple weeks ago. She went to the Doctors and found out she had scabies. She wore some of my clothes and slept in my bed when she came over. I had a small spot on my hand that looked like a bug bit two weeks later. It itched and hurt then in the morning was gone. 2 days later I had another spot that itched and hurt and looked like a pimple. I read that scabies is a bunch of itchy bumps, but i only had like two and they werent at the same time. Please help me!!

Scabies are very contagious but very hard to catch at the same time.

But they do incubate and you don't always get them right away.

When you get them, you'll know it!

Then it's head to toe Elimite for you! A stinky greasy cream you have to cover yourself in for 12 hours!

you could of had scabies but in a milder form because your body has already built up an immunity to it or something similar to it...if it continues like that you should go to the doctor and get checked out...but in the mean time don't worry about it...wash your clothes and you bed sheets before getting in them again....

do check with your dr...those things lay eggs...if you do than wash EVERYTHING in your hosue

A safe thing to do with such bumps is to apply a little bit of clear fingernail polish. It is itch-mites that cause the inflamation. Anything that is lethal to them will cure the conditon. All your clothes and bedding must be washed in harsh conditons (dry clean or launder with hot water and prolonged hot drying). You cannot and will not develop immunity. Other ailments can appear the same, but usually the intense itching and track-like path of the mite is unmistakable.

Do not use prescription medicine such as Quell except under Rx and EXACTLY as directed. The active ingredient is Lindane. For human use, the most active isomer is provided. Veterinary products must not be used on humans, as they contain random isomers, increasing the chronic toxicity, which is already substantial. Quell is extremely effective although the itching may continue for days. Do not reapply unless directed by Dr!!!

WHAT IS SCABIES???
I GET ITCHY BUMBS TO ONLY LIKE 1 EVERY TWO WEEKS THO BUT IT MIGHT BE BUG BITES THAT PRBOLY WHAT I HAVE.
