Scabies infection: please help? |
i have a roomate with infected with scabies. what would be the cure of that and what would be my chance of being infected? scabies is a tiny mite that lives under the skin and highly contagious.you can get it from animals, or people.all types of creams are available,i know one is called NIX.all the bedsheets,towels clothes etc must be washed with hot water.best treatment is an oral medication,but you need a prescription:ivermectin.if you have any itching(really bad,persistent itching) you are infected already. |
