Omg scabies!!!!! EEK!!! help?

so my lil brother just went to the doctor after hes been itching every ntite...and getting frustrated ..well so have i honestly i have excima so i thought it was acting up hew wen today and they said he had scabies so he got medicine..im so upset i think i have it too..but i have already a bill due for y phone..phone bill...and and other hospital bill..i donnu what to do...any way to treat at home..what do i tell my work or my boyfreind!!!!
