Kaposi's sarcoma?

Does Kaposi's sarcoma only appear in people infected with HIV/AIDS? Or are there other causes?
Thanks.

There are two types of Kaposi's sarcoma . . classic Kaposi's sarcoma and AID's related Kaposi's sarcoma. It predominately affected men of Italian or Jewish descent, organ transplants, and young adult African men. It has only been in the last 30 years that Kaposi's sarcoma became associated with HIV and AIDS, especially among homosexual men.

Dr. Moritz Kaposi who first described this rare, slow growing cancer 1872. The classic lesions can develop on the hands and arms and legs, ankles, or the soles of the feet, slowly growing larger over 10-15 years.

AIDs related Kaposi sarcoma causes widespred lesions on the skin, lymph nodes, gastrointestinal, mouth, lung, liver, and spleen immediately after a patient develops AIDS.

I think it's anything where the immune system is weakened: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaposi%27s_...

There are other causes such as herpes-8. Someone taking immunosuppresive drugs, and kidney transplant recipients. Most common in middle-aged black males, or persons of Mediterranean decent, or of a jewish descent. There are four different forms of this disease. classic, epidemis, iatrogenic, and acquired immunodeficient associated virus.
