Is there a cure for sarcoma? |
my dad is suffering from sarcoma right now. i wish there is something we could do to keep him from this pain. The most you can do for your dad is spend time with him and try to make him happy. Something that might make him happy is have a fundraiser in your town and give the donations to SFA (Sarcoma Foundation of America). They are researching for cures for sarcoma so you can help others not have to go through what your father has. I believe it depends how advanced the sarcoma is on diagnosis. Surgery may be an option and his chance for cure. I am so sorry, this sounds like a very painful disease. There are excellent drugs for pain, though, and you father should not be afraid to ask for it. Good luck to him. |
