I am diagnosed for uterine sarcoma. Can essiac work for me? I had a Tabso in September followed up with another operation to remove my lymph nodes. My lymph nodes is not involved and nothing has spread either, but doctors have advised me for chemoteraphy, What do you think I should do?

i think you should do some research into Essiac. I have it daily - Try and get your hands on Phillip Day's book "Cancer- Why we're still dying to know the truth". or "The Essiac Handbook" by James Percival - this book cites great testimonies of recovered patients, even from Dr Charles Brusch, physician to President JF Kennedy. Also try www.campaignfortruth.com and use the search engine available. Good Luck with whatever you choose to do.

You should find an oncologist that you trust completely, who is compassionate and skilled and than follow their advice. If you pick the right oncologist than they will work on your behalf for a cure no matter what it takes.

As for essiac tea, there is no scientific evidence that it is beneficial for cancer patients. If you do decide to try it out however, make sure that you check with your oncologist as taking supplements or treating yourself can sometimes be dangerous or interfere with chemotherapy.

A good place to start reseach on essiac is at the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine: http://nccam.nih.gov/

A good place to research your disease is at the National Cancer Institute:

NCI: Uterine Sarcoma
