3rd degree of breast cancer(sarcoma)when it spreads to the liver,is it painful?and how does it metastase?

I've never had cancer but am sure it's incredibly painful. It may not spread to the liver though. Cancer cells are bad because they don't stop growing. Like in a healthy cell if you cut yourself the cells grow until they touch each other to heal the cut and then they stop growing. They know when they touch each other they've done their job and stop, it's called contact inhibition. Cancer cells don't have this mechanism to stop growing so they just keep growing into tumors. The cure for cancer will be found when science figures out how to stop the cells from doing this. Until then, all we have is surgery to remove tumors and chemo and radiation to kill cells and shrink them. Sorry you're going through this but you can survive it.

Sometime the cancer spreads through the Lymph nodes or though the Blood .Cancer in general is painful when it spreads .The abnormal cells break apart and build a tumor elsewhere .Yes it can spread to the liver ,The eyes start getting yellowish inside where the white is .

sarcoma is not a common variety of breast cancer.
by third degree do you mean stage -3?
what type of sarcoma is this, what are the ct scan/mri report?
metastasis means to reach and spread at a faraway site---sarcomas tend to spread to liver and lungs by blood stream.
spread to liver causes its enlargement and variable pain.many patients are not aware of liver secondaries.
