What's the difference between -blastoma, -carcinoma, -and -sarcoma?

i know they're all cancers so i'd like to kno the difference.

Yes, they are all different types of cancer. Pathologists use these different terms to denote the type of tissue a particular cancer comes from.

Carcinoma refers to a cancer that arises from some type of epithelium (cells that line organs). For example, breast carcinoma comes from cells that line the milk ducts, and prostate carcinoma from cells of the prostate glands. This is the most common of the cancer types.

Sarcomas refer to cancers of interstitial tissues, basically cells between epithelial layers. Generally soft tissues such as muscles (rhabdomyosarcoma) or other "harder" tissues like bones (osteosarcoma).

Blastoma generally refers to cancer that arises from a neural origin, e.g. neuroblastoma and glioblastoma.
