im a 32 yr old male with sarcoidosis and im morbid obese is there and have tried to lose the thru diet and exersice and it didn't work how can i lose weight without surgery or the way i have been trying The first thing to do is consult a doctor. Then go and see a nutritionist and a trainer who can put a fitness and dietary plan together which is right for your body and your lifestyle. The key is to create a long term plan which gives you a life not a diet. Stick with it and good luck. Drink 12 glasses of water a day. This will flush out the toxins in your body. Do it religiously. It will work. DO NOT drink soda pop ever even diet that is worst. Diet pop makes people fat. It has too much sodium in it. Try not to eat sweets at all Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Of course not stupid amounts. Good luck Well, it works like this. You eat a certain amount of food, (just to give it a random 'number' let's say 50). So your eating 50, and your not exercising. Then, you decide to start exercising to lose weight, but, now you are more hungry, because you exercise so much, so you start eating 75. You will not get anywhere if you do this. If your calories coming in equal what you are putting out, then you will not lose weight. You need to eat small portions, especially if all your doing to exercise is walking. now, if your running, maybe eat a little more, but just limit your food, then, if you are burning more calories than you are eating you'll lose weight |
