look at the information and testimonials on my page .

Why on earth would you consider accepting advice from someone who didn't even know what sarcoidosis is?

Your doctor is correct. 99% of the things you will try will be absolutely worthless to you. Keep your money in your pocket, try only one thing at a time, and if you need to, visit a pain management clinic.

That's right, listen to you doctor. More importantly, if you wish to try any of the new products always consult your doctor, to avoid unneccessary adverse reactions and drug-to-drug reactions. you don't want to take products that are actually inhibiting the "working medications".

Also trying one thing and leaving it half way is going to cause a lot of trouble. Stick to one treatment regimen and finish it before you go on to another. Completing a treatment is very important to get the best results.

Fibromyalgia is an auto-immune disorder. Since a person's immune system is weakened from the disorder, wouldn't it just make sense to boost the immune system? I have taken the COq10 you mention, after being initially diagnosed, as well as, other vitamins and supplements. The q10 did help but only to a point. My best advice would be low impact aerobics combined with stretching exercises.

Now I no longer require those expensive supplements, although I still use the basic five. Another, thing you might do is to learn as much as possible about the disorder. The more you know, the better armed you are to fight it.

first i must say no i haven't used any of these . i too was diagnosed with FIBROMYALGIA ABOUT 9-10YRS. AGO . i am sorry you have this disease , i personally know it causes other health problems from GERD to IBS to OSTEOPOROSIS, to name a few . unfortunately there is no cure for this & we whom suffer with it must learn to live with CHRONIC PAIN the rest of our lives . i have had FIBRO. since i was 12 & i am now 43 , i was put on disability about 14yrs. ago due to this . our lives are a living h*** due to this disease . may GOD be with you & hope you have a great doctor. a great book to read is : FIBROMYALGIA FOR DUMMIES , i learned more from this book than i did from anywhere including my doctor .
