Lots of problems last 2 years. Sarcoidosis for 13 years. Can someone help? Does anyone have similar problems?

Fall of 2004 started having high blood pressure. Couple of months later diagnosed with Diabetes 2, then developed dry cough and loud wheezing off and on. Then a bout of extreme shortness of breath for about 2 months, which eventually passed. Before the Sarcoidosis I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. After I was in a car accident in November of 2005 I have caught 2 bouts of the flu and caught pneumonia. I am struggling for breath off and on, have chest pains, been diagnosed with hiatal hernia and esoghigeal reflux disease. This last month I have had severe back pains for 2 weeks, that left and now I am waking up in the morning with swollen feet, hands, sometimes face and abdomen. In so much pain and taking far too many pain pills. This last week been suffering tremendous leg pain as well. Headaches are rare with me but when I get one they are severe. Have developed nodules on my fingers on my right hand and large lump on my wrist. Is all of this from Sarcoidosis?

I think it is very important to immediately consider moving to a very very different climate. Your body is having a severe reaction to multiple environmental factors. If you are living in a cool rainy climate, move to much warmer and drier and vice versa. Do it soon. Start with a 6 month trial. You will get better!
