sarcoidosis can develope into a very debilitating illness and needs to be taken seriously. I have gotten off the prednisone by mega dosing on vitamin C. There isn't a natural replacement for prednisone other than cleaning out your whole body so there's no need for meds. For cleansing, it'd be your standard curezone cleanses:
master cleanse, liver flush, bowel cleanse, kidney cleanse, parasite killing, and everything else to clean up your insides. EXERCISE is very important especially if she has sarcoidosis in her lungs. & get her to a GOOD pulmonologist.

The Master Cleanse & Liver Flushes help remove the toxic offender that started the sarc if it's still in the system. {Main theory is sarcoidosis is: immune system over-reaction to an enviornmental contaminant... I find it interesting that this disease is showing up everywhere now days.} I did a MC for 40 days and my lungs burned as stuff moved out of my lungs. I could feel it, it was very painfull. My DR saw noticeable improvement on my last chest xray. So it works.

Best of health to you

Cheers

Sarcoidosis involves inflammation that produces tiny lumps of cells in various organs in your body. The lumps are called granulomas (gran"u-lo'mahs) because they look like grains of sugar or sand. They are very small and can be seen only with a microscope.

These tiny granulomas can grow and clump together, making many large and small groups of lumps. If many granulomas form in an organ, they can affect how the organ works. This can cause symptoms of sarcoidosis.

Sarcoidosis can occur in almost any part of your body, although it usually affects some organs more than others. It usually starts in one of two places:

Lungs
Lymph nodes, especially the lymph nodes in your chest cavity.
Sarcoidosis also often affects your:

Skin
Eyes
Liver.
Less often, sarcoidosis affects your:

Spleen
Brain
Nerves
Heart
Tear glands
Salivary glands
Bones and joints.
Rarely, sarcoidosis affects other organs, including your:

Thyroid gland
Breasts
Kidneys
Reproductive organs.
