Is NMO neuromyelitis?

Klebsiella oxytoca is very antibiotic resistant. Ask the doctors about Claforan and Gentamicin combo, and possibly Rifampin. Also ask about the LPS-binding protein (it is a study I heard about once???) which inactivates the cell wall formation of the bacteria.

If your wife is has granulomas in her lungs, then have you tried Prednisone? Or maybe inhaled striods? That is the standard treatment for sarcoidosis I believe. If you start early enough, then the outcome is good. Most people with sarcoidosis don't even know they have it, as it is usually symptomless.

Best of luck to you both, and tell your wife that a positive mindset actually will heal her faster, and give her better chances.

Very complicated. Follow the doctors advice

It sounds like you are doing all that you can. Have faith that what is supposed to happen will happen. Be strong and love her while you still have her.
