Does any one know of a good medication for dry skin caused by sarcoidosis?

I have sarcoidosis, but didn't know that it causes dry skin. I have areas of dry skin and I just use moisturizing skin lotions for it. I don't attribute my dry skin to sarcoidosis, though, and my doctor has never said such a thing, either.
