Is salt bad for you? |
I know that salt is connected to high blood pressure but is it always necessarily bad? I seem to remember hearing some people in the medical proffession doubting that the cause and effect relationship between the two was so simple and that if somebody didn't suffer from high blood pressure, then salt was not that much of a problem. All things in moderation. As long as you put a limit on the amount you have, but otherwise you should have some salt, it is good for you. But use it in moderation. using salt on your food is fine,as long has you don,t use to much. |
