Low salt,fatty foods?
what does low salt mean? like below what? if the normal person is to have 3500 mg of sodium a day. what is it if you r on a low salt diet? also the same for fat .what are some low salt ,fatty foods i can eat

low salt - food with a healthy amount of natural sodium. no added salt.
low fat- low natural fat intake.
low fat and sodium
grilled chicken breast
beans
chips and salsa
sunchips
salads
fruit
fruit juices
milk

Low salt means low sodium. I am no expert on dieting, but check this site out. It might help.

a restricted salt diet is usually less than 1000 mg of salt per day. so a low sodium is beteen 1000-3500 mg per day.
