Is salt really bad for you? |
i cant eat food without salt i have it on everything Your body needs salt or you will die. Too much salt is bad for you. I don't believe it is linked to water infections though, more heart disease. too much of it is it inflates ur digestive system Nooooo....it's REALLY good. yup i get multiple UTI'S , have kidneys problems and was told by my specialist to give up salt as it doesnt break down in the blood stream so easily.. Noooo its good for the heart and the thirst.... We human beings need a daily intake of salt to replace what we sweat out. However, too much salt is extremely bad for you, especially for those with weak hearts. Just because salt makes you thirsty and drink more, it doesn't mean it is good for you! People tend to get most of their salt from processed foods. They have a lot of salt for flavour and also because it acts as a preservative. to excess yes! |
