Your body needs salt or you will die. Too much salt is bad for you. I don't believe it is linked to water infections though, more heart disease.

too much of it is

it inflates ur digestive system

Nooooo....it's REALLY good.
Honest.
Santa doesn't lie ;)

yup i get multiple UTI'S , have kidneys problems and was told by my specialist to give up salt as it doesnt break down in the blood stream so easily..

what i should say is he didnt mean to give up completely , u just need to switch to natural sea salt or low salt

Noooo its good for the heart and the thirst....

It makes you drink more water so....

s'all good

We human beings need a daily intake of salt to replace what we sweat out. However, too much salt is extremely bad for you, especially for those with weak hearts. Just because salt makes you thirsty and drink more, it doesn't mean it is good for you!

People tend to get most of their salt from processed foods. They have a lot of salt for flavour and also because it acts as a preservative.

The best way to cut down on salt is to rely on home-cooked food, and don't add salt at the table. A bit when cooking does bring out the flavour of food, so moderation is key.

to excess yes!
