Sweating salt!?

so i finished sparing with my buddy about 3 weeks ago and i noticed that on my skin there was a pretty thick layer of salt. Is there something wrong here?

It depends on which part of the country and the climate. In the midwest you will not see the salt. In the southwest with such a dry climate, your sweat will evaporate quickly leaving salt covering your skin.

You normally sweat salt, but that much?

Sweat contains salt. As the sweat evaporates it leaves the salt behind. If you sweat a lot, it'll leave more salt behind. There's nothing wrong, just shower well and be sure to drink plenty of water and have a good sodium intake to replace what you have lost.

you should prespire[sweat]
from any vigorous excersices
dont worry
its actually good to lose the weight
but have salt back in your system or you'll die
drink like propel or gadorade
